Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup, drop-off and contact details while making a booking. Booking confirmation is subject to vehicle and driver availability.
OnePayCab provides one way drop taxi, drop cab and outstation taxi services. Vehicle availability may vary depending on the route, date and travel requirements.
The applicable fare will be communicated or confirmed at the time of booking. Fares are calculated on the billable distance for your trip multiplied by the published rate per kilometre for the chosen vehicle, together with the driver allowance and any applicable tax.
Minimum billable distances apply: 130 km for a one way trip and 250 km for a round trip. Where the actual road distance exceeds the minimum, the actual distance is billed.
Additional charges may apply for tolls, parking, permits, hill charges, waiting time, luggage or other applicable travel expenses, where relevant. These are not included in the quoted fare.
Cancellation and refund conditions may vary depending on the booking and service requirements. Customers are requested to inform OnePayCab as early as possible if they need to cancel or modify a booking.
Passengers are expected to follow reasonable safety instructions and behave responsibly during the journey. OnePayCab reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service in situations involving unsafe, abusive or unlawful behaviour.
Travel times may be affected by traffic, weather, road conditions, vehicle issues, government restrictions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on our website accurate and updated. However, service availability, fares and other information may change without prior notice.
